JACKSON, Mississippi — Foundation Capital Resources, Inc.
(FCR) today announced the pending transition of its church lending operations to
Missouri.  Gerald Hindy, FCR board chairman, has appointed Randall Smith to serve as
interim director of FCR with responsibility for coordinating the transfer of operations to
Springfield, Missouri, by the end of 2006.  Hindy also announced the appointment of

In its six years of operation, FCR has emerged as a leading resource for loans and

executive officer of AG Financial, a $2.5 billion financial services organization that
provides retirement planning services, planned giving services, stewardship/capital
campaign services and investment options such as church loan fund certificates.

“This transition will enable FCR to be more competitive in the church lending market
through the shared efficiency of operations with AG Financial,” said Hindy.  “Although
the loan servicing function will be transferred to our corporate offices in Missouri,
existing customers of FCR will see no significant change in the manner in which their
loans are serviced and will continue to enjoy the high levels of customer service they
have come to expect.”
