Pursuant to Form 15 filed with the SEC on April 26, 2005, the Company voluntarily discontinued its periodic SEC filings including, annual reports on Form 10-KSB, quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB, and current reports on Form 8-K. The Company does not currently have any plans to register any class of securities or take other steps that would require or permit the continued filing of such reports with the SEC.
